What We Are

This is a body acceptance blog.

That is all it is--a blog. Just a place for me (and some of my friends, from time to time) to share some thoughts with the rest of the world. It is not a substitute for or contradiction of medical advice. It is not a manifesto. It is not, most of all, a place where you can feel better about yourself by putting others down.

Though the focus will be primarily on the overweight (as that's where my own personal experience lies), all bodies are welcome here. Shot, tall, skinny, fat, and everywhere in between. Remember that the key word is acceptance. And remember that Dalton said it best:

Be nice.
