This is a body acceptance blog.

That is all it is--a blog. Just a place for me (and some of my friends, from time to time) to share some thoughts with the rest of the world. Though the focus will be primarily on the overweight (as that's where my own personal experience lies), all bodies are welcome here. Shot, tall, skinny, fat, and everywhere in between. Remember that the key word is acceptance. And remember that Dalton said it best:
